University of Toronto Ci 17/48 Faculty of Music Martin Masterclass Pianist Martin Katz is in constant demand as partner for some of the world's most celebrated soloists. In addition to Frederica von Stade, he has performed regularly with such artists as Marilyn Horne, Kathleen Battle, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Cecilia Bartoli and José Carreras. For the past eleven years Mr. Katz has chaired the accompanying and chamber music program at the University of Michigan. He is a frequent guest for classes throughout North America.
